RHIANNA PRENDERGAST

Junior Rhianna Prendergast primarily uses social media and color theory to plan her outfits, strategically selecting colors that complement her skin tone and wearing clothes that suit the external weather for the day. Prendergast states how she prefers neutral colors as a result, incorporating a lot of black, white and brown clothing into her style. 

 

“I've been always trying to dress for the weather,” Prendergast said. “The weather's been kind of weird recently: cold in the morning and hot in the day. So I'll wear long pants but then a short sleeve [to be] comfy but cute.” 

 

She also states how her style has changed depending on what is trending. According to Prendergast, she tries to dress in an aesthetic way that represents how she feels, creating an outfit that encapsulates both. 

 

“[My style has] changed by the people I'm around [and] things I've seen online, but it [also] depends on how I'm feeling,” Prendergast said. “I don’t have a set style at the moment. But [I] just kind of [wear] whatever [is] trending currently, or whatever comes back, like flared jeans.”
